Training- Kim is an Accredited Staging Professional. She has been a Sales and Marketing manager for 25 years serving the entire Valley of the Sun. Experience-. Her passion for staging began with the purchase of her first home. She would spend hours sitting in the doorway of the vacant room “visioning” what the space should look like in order to achieve the feeling she wanted for the space. Over the years she was often asked to help friends “put together” a certain look or feel to their living spaces. Since many were on a budget she would get quite creative with ways to achieve the desired effect of the space and the passion for staging was born. Serving the entire Phoenix area, Kim will use her creative design abilities to assist you in the sale of your house. “My commitment is to provide creative consultation and quality services that will assist you in the timely sale of your home - at the best possible price. “

Training – Connie earned her Accredited Staging credentials in early 2007 but has been staging “unofficially “for a number of years. She also holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois as well as a BA from Fashion Institute of Technology. At FIT, her specialized studies included the fields of textiles, design and product development/management.
Experience – Connie has worked in the past in sales and merchandising for several well known designers of women’s apparel including Tahari and Giorgio Armani. She was a National Sales Manager and Product Developer for a large Canadian apparel manufacturer. Most recently she owned and managed a home furnishings and design store in the White Mountains of Arizona. Now, with her ASP designation combined with her management and product development and design background, she is transforming homes in the Arizona Real Estate market into top dollar sales.
